1. Introduction
Welcome to the applications and digital services developed and operated by Inline Studio ("Inline Studio," "we," "us," or "our").
We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently.
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications, games, and digital services operated by Inline Studio, including future applications and services, unless a separate privacy policy is provided.
This policy explains what information may be accessed, collected, processed, stored, or shared when using our applications, why it is needed, and how users can exercise their privacy rights.
The information processed and the permissions requested vary by application and feature. Not every application collects or uses every category of information described below. Details for each application appear in Section 18 ("Application-Specific Information").

2. Information We May Process
Depending on the application and the features used, the following categories of information may be processed:

Account and Contact Information
Email addresses, usernames, account identifiers, and other information voluntarily provided when creating or managing an account, signing in, or contacting support.

Profile Information
Optional details such as a first name, age range, gender, or profile picture, used to personalize the experience (for example, how the app addresses the user).

User-Generated Content
Tasks, goals, habits, rewards, notes, preferences, settings, and other information entered or created by users.

Game and Activity Information
Scores, achievements, streaks, progress, rankings, gameplay actions, and other information required for interactive features.

Audio and Voice Information
Audio recordings, voice input, and speech data used for recording reminders or messages, playing audio, or converting speech into text.

Images and Media
Photos and images selected, captured, or provided by users when using supported features.

Advertising and Device Identifiers
Where an application displays ads, the advertising provider may process device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, and ad interaction data to deliver ads, limit repetition, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

Technical and Diagnostic Information
Device information, operating system details, application performance data, crash and error reports, and other technical information when required for operation, troubleshooting, or security.

Support Communications
Information voluntarily provided when contacting us for assistance or submitting privacy-related requests.

Much of this information is processed and stored only on the user's device and is not transmitted to Inline Studio.

3. Device Permissions
Certain features may require access to device capabilities. Depending on the application, permissions may include:
• Microphone: to record voice reminders or messages, or to convert speech into text.
• Camera and Photos: to capture, select, or use images within supported features.
• Notifications: to display reminders, task notifications, and other relevant updates.
• Alarms and Reminders (exact alarms): to deliver reminders at the scheduled time.
Permissions are requested and managed through the device's operating system. Users may review, restrict, or revoke permissions at any time in their device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent related features from working.

4. Microphone Access and Speech Recognition
Some applications allow users to create content or perform actions using voice input, such as saying a task out loud so it is written down automatically.
Speech recognition starts only when the user taps the microphone button. Audio is processed by the speech recognition service available on the user's device, which may be provided by Google or another provider. Depending on the device, operating system, and provider, audio may be sent to the provider's servers to be converted into text.
Inline Studio does not receive or store the audio used for speech recognition; only the resulting text is used within the application.
Where an application offers voice recording features (for example, a reminder recorded in the user's own voice), recordings are stored on the device to enable playback until they are deleted by the user or the application is uninstalled.
Inline Studio does not sell audio recordings or use them for advertising purposes.

5. Text-to-Speech
Some applications read text out loud (for example, greetings or task names) using the device's built-in text-to-speech engine. This feature can be turned off in the application settings.

6. Photos, Camera, and Media
Some applications allow users to capture photos, select images from their device, or attach media to content.
These files are used only to provide the requested functionality, such as setting a profile picture. Depending on the feature, images may be processed temporarily or stored locally on the device.
Inline Studio does not sell user-provided photos or use them for advertising purposes.

7. How We Use Information
Depending on the application, information may be used to:
• Provide and maintain application functionality.
• Perform actions requested by users.
• Save tasks, goals, rewards, preferences, and settings.
• Manage user accounts and authentication where applicable.
• Store progress, scores, streaks, and achievements.
• Deliver reminders and notifications.
• Display ads in free applications.
• Respond to support requests.
• Maintain security and reliability.
• Diagnose technical issues and resolve errors.
We do not sell users' personal information.

8. Advertising
Some of our applications are free and display ads provided by Google AdMob.
Google may collect and use device identifiers and related information as described in Google's policies:

In applications intended for children or mixed audiences:
• Ad requests are marked as child-directed (in line with COPPA and Google Play Families requirements).
• Ads are limited to content rated suitable for all ages (G).
• Ads are not personalized based on user behavior, and no interest-based advertising or remarketing is used.
Rewarded ads, where offered, are always optional and shown only when the user chooses to watch them.
Users may reset or delete their Advertising ID in their device settings.

9. AI Features
Some applications offer optional AI-powered features, such as a chat assistant, using Google Gemini.
These features are activated only when the user chooses to connect them, for example by entering their own Gemini API key. When used, the user's messages and the in-app information needed to answer (such as task names, schedules, and progress) are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing.
API keys or access credentials entered by the user are stored on the device only and are not sent to Inline Studio.
Use of Gemini is subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. Without a connected key, the assistant works locally on the device.

10. Sharing You Choose
When a user chooses to share content – for example, sending a weekly report via WhatsApp, sharing progress, or sending a task to another person – the content is passed to the app or service the user selects.
Shared task links may include the task details (such as the task name, day, and time) in the link so the recipient can open the task in the app or add it to a calendar. These links are opened on a web page operated by Inline Studio, which reads the details from the link to display them and does not store them.

11. Data Storage
Information may be stored locally on the user's device or, for applications that use online features, in databases operated by us or our service providers.
Stored information may include user-generated content, profile details, preferences, images, audio recordings, or progress.
On Android, application data may be included in the device's own backup to the user's Google account, according to the user's device settings, so it can be restored on a new device.
Uninstalling an application removes locally stored information from the device. It does not necessarily delete information in device backups or remote databases.

12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Information processed for a one-time operation (such as speech-to-text) is not retained by us once processing is completed.
Information stored on the device remains until the user deletes it or uninstalls the application.
Information in remote databases, where used, is retained while the relevant feature or account remains active, unless deletion is requested.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups until the backup retention cycle ends.
Certain information may be retained longer where required by law.

13. Third-Party Services
Some applications use third-party services to provide specific features. Depending on the application, these may include:
• Google AdMob – advertising.
• Google Gemini API – optional AI features.
• The device's speech recognition and text-to-speech services.
• Android notification and backup services.
• WhatsApp or other apps chosen by the user for sharing.
• Authentication, database, hosting, or diagnostics services, where applicable.
Where needed for a feature, relevant information may be sent to the applicable provider, which processes it under its own privacy policy.

14. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Depending on the application, these may include on-device storage, access controls, and encrypted (HTTPS) communication.
No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

15. Children's Privacy
Some Inline Studio applications are designed for families and may be used by children.
In these applications:
• No account or registration is required.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is needed for the app to work, and such information is stored on the device.
• Ads are child-directed, rated for all ages, and not personalized (see Section 8).
• Optional features that send information to third parties (such as AI chat or speech recognition) are started only by an action in the app, and parents may disable them through the app or device settings.
We comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA, and with Google Play Families Policy requirements.
Parents or guardians may contact us at any time with questions or requests regarding their child's information.

16. User Rights and Data Deletion
Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information.
For information stored only on the device, users can edit or delete it within the app, clear the app's data in the device settings, or uninstall the app.
For applications with user accounts, users may request deletion of their account and associated data. Where required by platform policies, deletion options will be provided within the application and through an accessible online method.

Please include the application name and relevant account details, if applicable. Do not send passwords.
We may request reasonable verification to protect against unauthorized requests. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.

17. International Data Processing
Depending on the application and the third-party services used, information may be processed in countries other than the user's country of residence, subject to applicable legal requirements and appropriate safeguards.

18. Application-Specific Information

My Goals (Google Play: com.com.inlinestudio.matarot)
• No account required. Tasks, programs, rewards, progress, and optional profile details (name, age range, gender, profile picture) are stored on the device.
• Microphone: voice reminders recorded by the user (stored on the device), and speech-to-text for adding tasks or talking to Moov (processed by the device's speech recognition service).
• Text-to-speech: Moov reads greetings and tasks aloud using the device's engine (can be turned off).
• Notifications and exact alarms: task reminders.
• Photos: optional profile picture, stored on the device.
• Ads: Google AdMob – child-directed, rated G, non-personalized; optional rewarded videos.
• Optional AI chat with Moov via Google Gemini, using a key provided by the user.
• Sharing: weekly reports and tasks are shared only when the user chooses (for example via WhatsApp or a task link).
• No personal information is sent to Inline Studio's servers.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our applications, technologies, data practices, third-party services, or legal requirements. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Users are encouraged to review it periodically.
